Ippei Takagi, MD
Ippei Takagi, MD is a neurosurgeon and a Fellowship Trained Spine Surgeon. Dr. Takagi received his medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago and completed Residency Training in Neurological Surgery at the University of Chicago Medical Center.
He received advanced Fellowship Training in Complex Spine Surgery at Rush University Medical Center. Dr. Takagi uses surgical and non-surgical methods for the treatment of degenerative disc disease, stenosis, myelopathy, radiculopathy, sciatica, as well as neck and back pain.
Dr. Takagi is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS), the Congress of Neurological Surgeons (CNS), and the AANS / CNS Joint Section on Disorders of the Spine and Peripheral Nerves.
